Booking Conditions Once you have found the property you wish to book and the property is available; DBFA requires a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to secure the booking. When the payment has been received, you will get the confirmation email of your booking. PAYMENT TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
