Booking Conditions
Once you have found the property you wish to book and the property is available; DBFA requires a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to secure the booking. When the payment has been received, you will get the confirmation email of your booking.
PAYMENT TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
• Payments that are made in cash on arrival will receive discounts.
• While booking your properties, if the 20% advance payment is not made within 3 days, DBFA reserves the right to book the same property in the name of new customer.
• No refund will be made if the customer wishses to cancell the booking after making the advance payment.
Refundable Security /Breakage Deposit:
The security deposit is due directly to the property manager at the time of check-in. The security DEPOSIT of 1200 USD will be held against damage or loss caused to the property by the tenant. in such cases, Dubai Beach Furnished Apartment shall deduct the estimated cost from the tenant's deposit within 14 day of the vacation date. The balance returned to the client if any balance left. If no damages or loss then total amount will be returned to client after 14 days of check out.
